Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses, including locations Australia, depending on stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will be processed and shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it. However, you may return your order for a refund once received (please see our return policy).

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. During busy seasons (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be longer.

- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
International:
- Standard International Shipping: 6 to 27 business days

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at info@madspirebymaddie.com for assistance. If the package is confirmed lost, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD. However, depending on your country's import laws, you may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
- For Australian customers, GST is included at checkout, so no additional customs fees will apply.
- For international customers, customs fees are determined by your local government and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
